At HANDIMEND, we take pride in the care and craftsmanship that go into every repair and restored item. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to feel confident in choosing our services and products.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or service, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or refund. We’ll do our best to make things right. For any questions, or to start a return, please reach out to us at info@handimend.com.
General Guidelines
1. Eligibility for Returns and Cancellations
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
- Because many HANDIMEND items involve custom or repair work, not all orders are eligible for full return. We’ll review each case individually.
- To cancel an order, email us within 1 hour of placing it. Once work begins or the order has been processed, it may not be possible to cancel.
- Please inspect all items upon arrival. Claims for damaged or incorrect items should be made promptly.
2. How to Return an Item
- Contact us on mail with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for return.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our team via email.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm eligibility and process your refund or exchange.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (for example, an incorrect or defective item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as HANDIMEND cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after your return is received and approved.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds may be subject to small processing fees depending on your payment provider.
- Exchanges for eligible items do not incur additional charges.
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled or modified within 1 hour of purchase.
- Cancellations are subject to a 5% processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Once production, repair, or shipment has begun, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Special Cases
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us on mail with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll review your case and provide a replacement, repair, or refund as quickly as possible.
7. Missed Deadlines or Occasions
While we do our best to deliver on time, we cannot guarantee arrival by specific dates. Returns or refunds for missed occasions will follow our standard return policy.
8. Missing Parcels
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us right away. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate.
Refunds are not available for items lost due to postal service errors, but we’ll do our best to help resolve the situation.
