What payment methods do you accept?

What if my credit/debit card is declined?

If you’re having trouble with your card, try using PayPal - you can check out with a card even without a PayPal account. If that doesn’t work, contact your bank and us, and we’ll help you troubleshoot.

Where do I enter a discount code?

You’ll enter your code on the checkout page:

  • On mobile, use the dropdown menu or look under “Order Summary.”
  • On desktop, the discount field appears on the right side under the order summary.

    Enter the code and it will be applied to your order before payment.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally, and what are the costs?

Yes! We ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

Standard shipping is free. Priority shipping is $3.00 USD.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed and shipped, we’ll send a confirmation email within 1–2 business days containing tracking information.

How does the HANDIMEND Patch Master work?

It helps you weave new patches directly onto damaged fabric, repairing holes and worn spots neatly and securely.

What fabrics does it work on?

Denim, cotton, linen, and wool work great. For very stretchy fabrics, use extra care (a stabilizer helps).

Is it beginner-friendly?

Yes - designed for first-timers. You’ll get simple instructions to complete your first mend with confidence.

What size holes can I fix?

Repairs up to about 5 cm / 2 in wide (and longer by repositioning the loom).

Is it good for kids’ clothes?

Absolutely - perfect for knees, elbows, and socks that take daily wear.

Will the repair hold in the wash?

Yes - use a suitable thread/yarn for the fabric and secure your ends. Wash on gentle when possible.

Can I do visible mending and creative designs?

Definitely - customize colours and patterns to create unique patches.

How long does one repair take?

Most small mends take 20–40 minutes once you get the hang of it.

How do I care for the tool?

Wipe clean after use and store in a dry place. No special maintenance required.
